Your non-profit organization will have a great opportunity to hand out literature, recruit new members or provide a public service (i.e. child fingerprinting, crime prevention, disaster training, vision screening, etc.) to all participants. Booth Rules and Safety Measures
Please note, by submitting your application you agree to abide by the following Booth Rules and Safety Measures:
$55.00 NON-PROFIT BOOTH
Your non-profit organization will have a great opportunity to hand out literature, recruit new members or provide a public service (i.e. child fingerprinting, crime prevention, disaster training, vision screening, etc.) to all participants. The Booths will be open from 10:00am-1:30pm. The Booths are required to have someone present during this time.
QUANTITY OF BOOTHS
We have a total of up to eighteen (18) slots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
In front of the Orinda Community Center: Up to fourteen of the tables will be in front of the Orinda Community Center in the area designated by the Orinda Association. No canopies are permitted but small well secured umbrellas are acceptable. A fee of $55.00 will be charged. In the park: Up to four of the tables will be in the park. A canopy will be provided. In order to have a space in the park, the non-profit agrees to work with the July 4th Chair of “Kids in the Park” Activities to provide a children’s activity for 150-200 children from 11:30-1:00. We will waive the $55.00 fee to assist you paying for activities. Only non-political non-profit organizations will have spaces in the park.
One 8’ table and two chairs will be provided. Canopies will be provided only in the park and no canopies will be allowed in front of the Community Center. The fee includes set-up and take down. Each non-profit organization will also have one parking spot provided to them, in an adjacent parking lot. Drop off materials between 8:45–9:15 am, You must drop off materials before the roads are closed for the parade at 9:30. Set up your table by 10:00 am. The non-profit organization is responsible for clean-up of their booth space no later than 1:30 pm on the 4th.

Release and Indemnity Agreement
Release: In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, the owners and participants
involved in our entry and activity, hereby waive any and all claims against the City of Orinda, The Orinda Association and/or the Fourth of July Committee members arising out of participation in Orinda’s 4th of July activities. Further, by signing below you acknowledge that you and all members of your group will abide by the Booth Rules and Safety Measures.
